Not the best construction but it has heals up through a construction season and beyond. Was worth the price.

Put it on your back, it doesn’t slide off and hit your face or the floor when you bend over! Well made, sturdy material. I’m not gonna put it through a stress test, it serves its purpose. It does get very warm on my back as the motor generates heat. Pay attention to the tube coming out of the machine, it tends to pinch off due to angle. You also have to turn it on before you put it on, the machine and controls are, of course, out of reach. It is worth those little issues for the freedom it gives me.

Then bag was lightweight and easy to carry. However, both front zippers broke after about a month and it could no longer hold my oxygen concentrator. It was after the return period so I had trash the bag.

When zipper is opened and closed ti separates as it goes over the top edge of the machine. Needs a little more room.

This backpack has made carrying my mini oxygen concentrator much easier. It's more comfortable than the shoulder bag that came with it. The only small critiques I have is that I wish the front pocket was roomier and that the main opening had two zippers for easier access to the power button on the concentrator without totally unzipping the bag.
