This spoon is unbelievably good, really sturdy, and can handle any job. It's easy to clean. My only wish is for more colors, since all other Di oro utensils are red.

The media could not be loaded. Nice and long, very stiff, even the spoon. Can handle being left resting in a boiling pot. Long enough for a deep pot. The perfect scoop for stirring. I love this spoon!

The steel core of this spoon is key to it's sturdiness and works well stirring a hot pot of stew. Would have liked a slightly larger and deeper spoon head, but overall, a very nice spoon for the kitchen.

Purchased for use with nonstick pots and pans. Spoon is sturdy and a good size for both stirring and serving. I especially like the seamless design, which facilitates easy cleaning. The spoon is also heat resistant to 600F (316C) whereas many heat resistant kitchen utensils are only resistant to 450F (232C). The length (13 inches/33 centimeters) makes the spoon large enough for use with all but very deep pots.

This has some weight to it! Very nice!!

I threw away all my plastic cooking utensils and changed to silicon. This is now my favorite brand. Di Oro makes a quality food grade silicone product. I have purchased a set of spatulas that are also great. I hand wash them all and they clean up easy.
