The coffee was good
The coffee was good and very tasty when used in lattes.The cafetière however only lasted a few days before it developed a huge crack along the side, rendering it useless. This was bought to replace my previous Kenco "starter kit" that I accidentally broke after many months of frequent use. It was much more expensive than the original (which was bought from a supermarket) but still reasonable value compared to similar products.The coffee isn't the best but nice enough, and the cafetiere works well (if not dropped), although finely ground coffee can escape into your cup when pouring.The plunger is really easy to take apart for cleaning.The item came with plenty of protective packaging so there was no danger of it being damaged in transit.Overall I am very happy with it.

Loved the product had it actually been packaged properly I might of been able to use it 😥

Opened this morning..put boiling water in and it smashed at the bottom. Disappointed.
