This chair has exceeded my expectations. The quality of the material - a brushed velvet type - velour? is excellent. The seat is very comfortable and supportive. You don't sink in it, but it's not uncomfortably too hard. Perfect. It looks like a chair twice it's price. As the headline says, I'm over the moon with this gorgeous chair

The information regarding measurements was spot on and very helpful in making our choice. We needed extra seating (quickly!) that wouldn't look out of place with our other (more costly) furniture. Perfectly compliments the furniture we already had and was well used with extra family over Christmas.
