The one measurement that is most needed but not listed is the actual internal dimensions of the drum.For information it measures 225mm in diameter and 270mm in depth.Also, you need to be aware the instructions say not to run it without sufficient oil in the pump; but it arrives with the oil at the minimum mark!You need the right High Speed Vacuum Oil to top it up (HFV 32) ... be worth ordering some at the same time.Seems to work fine but cannot fully check because I've had to order the oil !!It also arrives in parts with no instructions on assembly ... not difficult but I assume the "O" rings supplied fit inside the brass inlet port ... cannot see where else they could go.Be advised the item comes with continental style 2 pin plug pushed into a UK 3 pin adapter this means the item is unearthed and unfused!Personally not happy with this arrangement and cut off the supplied plug and replaced with a standard UK plug fused at 5A.Other than that very happy with the unit, works perfectly.

As new but used. Badly packed, mat missing, oil bottle not sealed, oil over everything, manual soaked, including everything inside and out including box. I won't be buying anything used again.

This product was delivered promptly and in perfect working order , it does exactly as I wanted and cannot fault the product. I ran it accidentally without centring the lid correctly and the product imploded ( totally my mistake) unfortunately on contacting the seller I cannot purchase the parts that go damaged individually does anyone know where I can purchase the seal and oil filled pressure gauge .

Fine for me

The pump is such a disappointment, it cuts out after about 10-15 minutes of running and for a 2 stage Vacuum pump it barely pulls a Vacuum, it struggles to reach Minus 30 and considering you need to leave these running for 30-40 minutes I don’t see it lasting much Longer I tried Messaging the company but no email supplied so don’t expect customer supportI have done air conditioning in Hong Kong for years and I bought a great little pump for around £50 similar to this and it just ran and ran with no problems, admittedly it was a single stage Vacuum pump but even so, this one of filled with the oils that was supplied with it.I had noticed on starting it up the was something in the sight glass I couldn’t say dwarf but there was something and I’d not seen it again, anyway it did Vacuum a car and a coach out but the pump doesn’t cool properly and get red hot while running, so I’m not sure what to do because I couldn’t get hold of the manufacturer, I won’t be doing as much air conditioning over here as I did in Hong Kong so it may appear to last me a long time when the case is really it’s just not getting used much,Even worse, to add insult to injury you can buy descent second hand portable reclaiming units on EBay for £300 plus which is what you really need, I got this because most systems I do are usually empty so with not “servicing par say” I didn’t need the reclamation side, and for the very few times I need to reclaim gas you actually power up the vehicles compressor to empty the gas out( if anyone reading this intends to do this, you must be extremely careful and I take no responsibility for you carrying this out)Admittedly it was quite cheap but I’d look for a quality pump on EBay second hand at least you have some come back there

It could have had a user manual. The fact that a vacuum pump is also needed should be highlighted.

Made a mistake with this, I did read the advert properly, the hoses are to short in practice although apart from that seems to work ok.
