Son loves it!
My early teen son saved up his money to purchase. He loves playing street hockey with friends and instead of building subpar nets with chicken wire and 2x4's he bought this through my account. He's smart and got the frame together pretty quickly. He needed help with the netting and after looking at the directions and the string I showed him how to do it on one half and he did the other. It is very light weight, very portable and the only con is now we have something else that we need to store. Other than that, he's used it every single day. It has sat outside during a snow storm and some rain so I don't know how long it will take before it rusts. But for the price point and amount of enjoyment it is worth it.

Great for kids!
Sturdy, light hockey net. Perfect for my boys (ages 5-7) with room to grow. I would call this a mid size net, not as large/heavy as a full size yet quite a bit larger than a mini stick net with a real feel. I expect this to hold up for a long time and get lots of use, indoor and outdoor. It does take a little bit of time to set up, as you need to weave the net onto the base.

Assembly takes time.
Overall I like this net as it has the top shelf that serves as a target when the net is face down. You know, for when no one wants to play goalie. Threading the netting was time consuming but easy to do. Repairs will be somewhat easy, and so far the net has held up. The metal is about medium quality - better than tent poles but not as good as an ice hockey net. I would recommend this especially for driveway use. It is super light to move around.

Works for need!
Could be a little more hefty/durable, but for the price point can not complaint! Works great for kids use.

This Net is Durable
Bought for granddaughter for birthday and after much research and reading of reviews. My son looked for durability, design and quality. After having/using this net for a few months now, I can say we recommend this item.

Easy to set up
Easy to set up but does require about 30 min or so to put together. I would purchase this again

Durability is lacking
It’s not super durable, but it will do the job for a little bit. I’ve ripped probably 100 pucks on it since it was delivered the other day, and I’ve ripped the net in multiple spots. So far just repairing with zip ties, but will probably have to replace sooner than later. I’ve dented the frame all over, but to be fair I’m ripping 6oz pucks at it, and it’s probably better suited for ball hockey. The plan is to keep ripping pucks at it until the frame completely falls apart.

Indoor Gold
This is a great goal if you use it ONLY as an indoor "soft puck" net. First, it is the perfect size for an indoor net (regulation 6x4 is just too big for my house). Second, it is easy to pick up and move out of the living room. Third, the net is just strong and taught enough to bounce a foam puck right back to you.Look elsewhere if you are going to use regulation pucks. I can't see this thing taking even a single shot without having a hole in the net or denting the post out of commission.
