I like the quality. The cake took an extra hour to cook… I had to keep checking on it to make sure it didn’t burn… The cake was still moist!

Smaller than they appear and I thought there would be 4 in the package that was my mistake though. They are easy to use and unmold but, they aren't very firm when adding mixture to them.

I bought this for a jello mold. Tried 3 times all failed. The first two times I tried with a fruit mixture which I think is too heavy for it to set. (The mold released with no problem) Each time I tried with less liquid. The last time I tried the smaller mold which is 8 cups. I used two packages of jello so that it would fill it and followed the instructions. (I had to place the mold in a bowl to give it stability otherwise the liquid would spill). The silicon is just too flimsy to work with liquid. While the second and third try came closer it still wasn't right and it really shouldn't be that hard. This mold works great for cake! I made an amazing keto pumpkin cake in the mold and it turned out absolutely perfect. My guess is that to make jello molds work well you need a shorter wider one. And really a tupperware one with a lid so you can travel or store it makes the most sense to me.
