Canon Wireless Pixma TR-Series Inkjet All-in-one Printer with Scanner, Copier, Mobile Printing and Google Cloud + Bonus Set of Ink

I hesitated to write a review, at one point I was so disgusted with it I was ready to return it. I used it once, then it stopped printing. I could scan great but I couldn't print! I uninstalled, reinstalled, checked help and did every thing I could think of! Was just DONE with the printer, I gave up. After a week of just staring at it, told hubby that the next morning I was going to contact the seller to see if I could return it. About 3am I heard something odd, got up and the printer was printing! No one touched it, nothing had changed but it magically began to work. I don't know why it started working, I don't know why it stopped working. I honestly don't fully trust it, but it has been working for a couple weeks now. Maybe it is just temperamental?

I had a little trouble trying to figure out how to insert the ink, but I was able to figure it out, it prints great, scans amazingly and is compatible with my chromebook. I can't use the fax machine due to not having a land-line, but other than that and a few tests, it awesome!

Flimsy piece of poop compared to Epson build quality. During setup there was a service requied. Unusable. Error code 7500 rendering the unit unusable. Waste of time. Epson, although they require using their ink cartridges which are as expenses as any of the other brands is a far greater quality build then canon. Trying to get support for a new product was impossible and frustrating as hell. Don't waste your time on their product line for the all-in-one printers. Their commercial units are very good but, Canon personal printers are crap. Signed frustrated!

The printer works, But a real bitch to set up. No instructions,no cd to down load. Very difficult to get it done..

I hate to be critical so soon after purchase. The thing that stood out as the worst-no printed manual or quick start info. THERE ARE SO MANY FEATURES AVAILABLE-you have to have a concerted study to take advantage of them. Small amount of paper capacity, really have to get close up to load envelopes I'm not sure one load would be enough. If I tried to download and print the manual (I realize a lot of products are doing this supposed paper conservancy).Bottom line at this point not a very convenient to use printer. If with further use I get better I will give another review.

I buy a small printer every few years because we all know they just start to go south. This one is working great. I cant speak to long term use but initial use is great. Easy to change the ink and scan.

Easy to set up

It prints from my iPhone and it’s just like magic!! Just one more thing to spoil me rotten.A Canon tech helped me set it up and he was excellent!!
