Works Perfectly
I've had a couple batteries crap out on me in the first 8 months of owning 30+ Sonims at work. Popped in these new batteries & fired them right up; would recommend these to anyone looking for Sonim OEM battery replacements.

Not sure of product
I received this battery in a plain manila envelope with no packaging. I am not sure if it was new or recycled. It does not appear to be as durable as the battery originally supplied with the phone. We will see how long it holds a charge.

I was not satisfied. It is the wrong battery, but I don’t know the procedure is to return the order.
