Q: Can we return the plastic packaging??? To minimize waste can we return plastic gel pouch pack to you, with proper santization ofcourse??

Not sure about returning the gel pouch. I didn't return it, as it has multiple uses for me. Once freezed, I can wrap it in a soft cotton cloth and use it as an ice pack for any pains. Also, can be used to store my father's insulin injections during travels. Have just kept it in the freezer and will use it as needed.

Q: Can anyone give info regarding the blue cooling package we get with the chocolate,Like should we dispose it or does it have other uses and benefits?

You can throw it away. You can also repurpose it as cool-pack case.
