I had to call Skywin to report the issue I was having not being able to return on Amazon. I was on hold for a while but the representative was able to help me. Apparently this protector didn’t fit my whirlpool stove. She told me to not to return that she was issuing a refund to the account.

I should know by now. Buy cheap, get cheap. I tried to save a couple of bucks and ended up with a protector that doesn't fit my stove, despite ordering by the exact model number. I should have known not to order from this company when I saw the no return policy.Lesson learned. I'll suck it up & order the more expensive, customer service oriented competitor and throw this cheap piece of crap into the trash.

This product is easy to clean and I can hardly tell it’s there. Make sure you order the correct size for your stove top. I love it! It fits well and I am happy I bought it.

This actually keeps most of my Samsung clean however it says it' s heat proof and as I went to take it off to clean it ( take crumbs off and wash it) I notice that the portion near the pilot had a burn hole wasn't happy about it . At all, I appreciate it keeping my stove clean but its the fact that I now need to invest in another or different options that are actually heat proof maybe?

This liner has it’s good and bad. It is too pricey for what it is. It does cover the stove, but not fully the size of the stove to covering all Tue edges. It does curl up a little bit in certain parts after using. And once the food particles sit in the liner, the stains don’t come off. It is somewhat useful and I like that it is not visible as it blends in with my stovetop. Unlike when I cover the entire stove top with foils to avoid cleaning. With this liner, some food particles slip thru and go under as edges do curl up a little bit. And the end of the liner don’t reach all parts of the stove, so we still need to wipes some parts of the stove. It is better looking comparing to my stove being covered with foil.

This was folded for shipping, which damaged the guard. It had a permanent crease as it was folded in half, and then half again. It would not lay flat. Because it wouldn't lay flat, it lifted into the flames of the center burner. The material is like a silicone covered weaving if wires, so once the creases were made, it was forever in the memory of the material. It's possible if they shipper used a tube and rolled it, it would lay flat and work ok. Also, the middle burner cut out was too large. It was overall pretty fail.
