It seems to be a very secure lock

They were stand a lot, however I wish the movement was a little more precise with regard to the numbers. If they make a higher in version of this small lock, I would love to give it a try.

Most TSA luggage locks are cheaply made and they appear to me that they would not survive a quick whack of a hammer. I was looking for one that was on the sturdy side and this Briggs and Riley met that criteria. Changing the combination seemed a bit tricky and I decided to stay with the default combination.

I bought this to replace the one that came with my luggage that TSA didn't bother to put back on after inspecting my bag. Since then, I've learned that this is not uncommon. I decided that I needed a lock for when my bag is in hotel rooms. I haven't used it as I first intended, on my bag when I check it. Instead I've been using colored zip ties that I got from Amazon. This is just as alert that my bag was opened. No use putting on a lock when checking a bag since TSA often can't be bothered to put the lock back on.

Very tiny and it takes someone really strong to push the lock to open. I set it and it worked fine. I tried it several times and it worked albeit with great difficulty. I put in on my suitcase. Neither my husband nor I can get it to open. He asked me where the key was that should have come with it. There is no key. And now there is a lock on my suitcase we can't open. I would return it but I can't because it is locked on my suitcase and I can't get it to open. Briggs & Riley is a reputable company so I don't understand why this lock is impossible to use.

I bought these for my luggage. They were still on it at my destination and nothing was missing, so they did the job. One thing worth noting is that one can see a combination from each side of the lock, so if you have trouble unlocking it, you may find it worthwhile to flip the lock over and try again.

Great quality product and very lightweight, I used to have a steel version of this although personally I would say that this has 'travelled better' that the metal version. The paint scratched off the metal and it quickly looked battered (although I do have a busy travel schedule). This resin version has stood up well and has not deteriorated in appearance like the metal version. Overall very pleased
