My daughter loves this electric long board! Battery charges easy and lasts for hours!

Deck was ok but a tad bit to fragile around the foam grip tape, the griptape did not look professionally cut and only roughly resembles the shape of the deck. And the remote while responsive i found to be almost dead after a 15 min ride after each full charge.

I’ve been using this board regularly for a couple weeks to get to class. ... BUT. This time! ... I’m going to class on my normal route at TOP SPEED when the board SHUTS OFF without warning and applies full brakes.Because I was in a turn, I was hurled off my board violently about 10 feet before slamming my face into the concrete. My $700 glasses, bent and cracked. My new Apple Watch, cracked and wristband snapped off. My FACE, hurts to clench my jaw. Seriously think I fractured something and I’m bleeding all over. I AM SO MAD. This happened in front of everyone in the middle of campus and I was shaking with shock. I can’t use this board again and I wish I could sue. (Update 10/21: the board no longer turns on anyways.)I had this same model board over a year ago and that one also stopped working without warning. Thankfully I was going really slow and I simply stepped off. It never occurred to me how much more dangerous that could have been. That board never restarted and it took Asurion (the Amazon warranty provider) over 3 months to refund me for that board. This time I purchased it without protection and TeamGee did not refund me for this defective board. As a generous estimate, I am out at least $1,500 in damages.It is an extreme safety hazard to have the board SHUT OFF without warning and apply full brakes. I legitimately could have died if I had been near a car or anything sharp. (This is the second board with this issue too.) With the speed that this thing is capable of, it is only a matter of time before someone is killed by these defects.

Skateboard was functional for 6 months and then the wheel just stopped working. The First time I tried to get it fixed, the company sent me a wheel with cables sticking out assuming I had the right tools and space to do this repair. Surprisingly for them, I’m just a student and I had no clue how to repair the board. I didnt have the right tools, and in order to repair the wheel correctly I had to create a mess with the cables of the skateboard. They never sent any instructions or helped me out. Second time I tried to get this fixed, they looked at it for 5 days, and told me it was “unrepairable.” Didnt even try to communicate the issue with the skateboard, what happened, or even the necessary steps needed to fix the skateboard. It seems like they chose not to fix it. The quality of the skateboard is “eh” dont recommend it, but most importantly, i definitely dont recommend this company or its customer service.
