I have a property abroad with a very hard bed that my husband loves but it doesn't suit me. Having suffered from back problems and discomfort for too long, I researched mattress toppers and found this Simba one. I brought it out as a piece of luggage to my property in October, not really convinced it would make much difference, but it has delivered on all promises to make my sleep more comfortable. I feel like I have a new bed. The comfort is amazing, there is no sagging, it retains its shape very well and keeps me cool. I have been astonished as to how much difference it has made, no more aching back in the morning or uncomfortable nights, brilliant. I don't normally write reviews on products that I buy, but this is so good I felt the need to let others know that this mattress topper does everything you hope it will and is well worth the money.

Bought to add comfort to our old mattress which was always way too firm so decided to invest in this really fab comfey topperBest decision made as we both getting our best sleep ever!The topper fits securely and not moves at all during the nightWhen unpacked we left the topper to expand for 48hrs ( simba recommend 72 hrs ) but we couldnt wait! The best bit for me is I dont feel my partner moving about in bed so the topper does what it saysNot really notice any reside smellThe topper is good thickness and feels good quality and the temperature is very comfortableYou definately get what you pay for and worth every penny for better sleep quality! So impressed my mum bought one!

Love it. We have two. One on top on an Emma original and one on top of a traditional spring mattress. Emma is a great mattress but so hot and some times a bit soft. This add cool and firm layer. The combination is perfect. On top of the spring mattress is adds a layer of of softness to a really firm mattress. Love this product. Would recommend

This mattress topper is very expensive and I'll admit that I wasn't too comfortable spending so much money. However, I don't regret it at all.My mattress is awful. It's very uncomfortable and has metal inside which digs into you, painfully. For approximately two years, I struggled nightly to find the sweet spot where I couldn't feel the metal. I also suffered from aches and pains caused by it.With this topper, I can't feel the mattress at all. In fact, this topper is honestly more comfortable than any actual mattress I've ever used. My aches and pains are gone.I can't recommend this topper highly enough. Bedtime is a delight now. I do wish it was cheaper as the price is quite prohibitively expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought this to put on top of our Emma mattress as it says it helps with cooling. That didn't work for me, I'm still getting as hot as I was without.It is really comfy but it's very annoying as it keeps sliding over the bed, even with the elastic straps on.Unfortunately it's outwith the 30 day return window so I can't return it which seems a little unfair as the Simba site itself has a 100 day return.

Will never ever purchase a product and hope people take note,,,Bought a simba double mattress topper £349 from Amazon in December. We did our research and felt although on the more expensive side we would expect good quality that was worth its value ,,,So opened up box well wrapped looked good but had a faint odour placed over my mattress and left 8 hours later went to my bedroom and could smell a damp foist odour in the room thought maybe would go,,, made up bed and slept on mattress topper,,, poor sleep as me and my husband could smell damp stronger each time we moved therefore got up,,,, noticed a fly in my lounge and thought strange this time of year!! Throughout morning random flies and appeared left for work on my return opened my bedroom to find alive and dead flies all over ,,, I cried as I hate flies and hate my home being untidy/unclean ,,, removed mattress into garage fumigated my bedroom washed all my clean clothes curtains throws as now so upset became obsessed with the flies being there ,,, slept on couch two nights cleaned bleached everything,,,, emails sent to simba and Amazon, outlining our distress and upset,, we were told to send mattress to simba next day an email saying was being collected a van turned up but couldn’t take as no bag provided,,, still emails being sent Amazon apologised ,,, eventually the second collection was arranged we received no tracking number so Amazon couldn’t refund us ,,, Amazon chased this with simba and we was refunded Jan 6th 2025So upset that simba has not apologised not took any responsibility for the distress two days before our Christmas they caused with dirty black filthy flies that were in my bedroom all because we purchased their product I believe the issue was probably with storage rather than the product but I honestly wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone !!! Please avoid so you don’t go through what we have

Fits well on our queen bed, very good quality and seems to be keeping its for/shape, its got a nice thickness, weighs a bit but is manageable, helps with controlling temperature and helps with pain relief in my hip.
