I have both carpet and vinyl flooring and it is powerful to pull so much up. It also senses when it is on thicker material and will increase the suction to assist the job. The remote is pretty great, giving you multiple cleaning options that direct it how to tackle your home. My favorite part is the filter, super easy to remove and clean. And the best thing is that it is washable and resuable. Less waste! Once it is done or out of battery, it navigates to the charging dock all by itself! I don't have any regrets and my customer service experience was also great. Mine did not come with a remote as stated it would. I reached out via email (during Covid19) and was promptly responded to my a representative. Within a week or so I had my remote. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and hope it lasts a long life.

This version is 2000pa (versus the earlier 1600pa) and is the highest power I've found. It looks slightly different than the older version, but works considerably better.This new version has made no mistakes and has lasted without having any troubles that the old version had. Goovi just stopped and started beeping (I was in another room). It was the 3-beep of doom - the one that doesn't have a description. So, I flip her over and start investigating. I turned her off/on, checked all her parts for clogs, catches, what-have-you. Nothing. Flip her back over, turn her on and she just backs up. Wouldn't turn or go forward even with the remote. I think, "Well, it was great while it lasted," and immediately get on the phone with support for a replacement.The call was quick (I appreciate that, since lately most customer service calls are averaging 30-40 minutes with other companies). She only asked me the model of the item which was conveniently located on the bottom. She asks me to wipe the sensors (huh, hadn't thought of that). I try it, turn it over, start her up - and voila! Good as new again. What a relief!So, she's still doing well. The only thing I have noticed is that her run time seems to have shortened from 110 full minutes to about 90 minutes. She still gets everything, though. So, I'm not sure if that should be a concern. Probably not. But, if you get the 3 beeps of death, don't panic. Wipe the sensors with a baby wipe, barely dampened cloth or napkin, THEN FLIP THE POWER SWITCH UNDERNEATH TO RESET and try it again. (There are three of them - one front, two sides; make sure you get them all.) And, save yourself the heart attack ... :)Tip: After turning it off with the main power switch on the underside, you'll likely lose your scheduled settings. To fix this, simply set both the clock and schedule buttons on the remote. Ensure the vaccuum and remote are near the base when you do this. If you hear beeps, you've done it correctly.(Still loving this lifesaving gadget!)

I have been using this vacuum for a few days and so far so good. As a child I HATED to vacuum, and my mom insisted on a daily vacuum. Well, now I see why. There is so much more dust and hair than we can see. I get a good hour+ of cleaning power out of a charge, which is plenty to do one floor of our house.There are a couple of issues that make this a 4-star rather than 5-star product:1) Maybe it’s the fault of my learning curve, but there seems to be little rhyme or reason to the path taken by the vacuum. It seems to focus excessively on some spots and stubbornly avoid others; also seems to prefer staying in the larger rooms as opposed to going through doorways into smaller rooms.2). The instructions are not super clear. It will be more a matter of trial and error to learn all the features of this vacuum. There are buttons on the remote that are still a mystery to me.However, all in all it’s a great product and well worth the price. It’s super cute and almost like having a pet.Update: The vacuum itself is still doing a great job. Still the same issues regarding the erratic cleaning path and the paucity of instructions. This comment has to do with the seller/manufacturer. They offered a free gift to post a review. OK, fine. Then they offered a more expensive gift to change my rating to 5 stars. Not cool.

I have nothing to compare with this robot vacuum, but I think it's doing what its supposed to do. Attached picture speaks volume. We've had this robot vacuum for a week and has done a very good job so far. My only complaint the dirt tray is little tricky to put back in. It comes with extra brushes and magnet tape to keep it away areas you don't want vacuumed.No need to spend extra money on a Roomba. From what I read, it has its issues and so far I have no problem with this one other than the dirt tray. Pay few bucks to get protection plan. Amazon's protection plans are easy to use for things That break.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Great robot!! I bought an older version a couple weeks before purchasing this one, they are both wonderful! I keep on at home and one at my office. They do a great job cleaning, and they don’t take a lot of baby sitting. I empty the canister once or twice during its cleaning time which is a whole lot less work than vacuuming by hand. I love that it leaves the lines in the carpet that indicate a fresh vacuum. I couldn’t be happier. Price, performance, and customer service are 10/10!! Buy it now!
