Exactly as it appears
This item is pretty much exactly what it appears to be. For my purposes, it was what I wanted. I repainted the bobbers and will frame them to add to a nautical themed gallery wall. I am pleased with them as they suit my purpose perfectly. If your intent is to use it as a decor item, I recommend repainting and framing or at least replacing the wire with twine. They are poorly painted and attached with wire that makes it look a bit cheap, although it would be okay outdoors. All in all, less expensive than purchasing the same wooden bobbers outright.
