I purchased 2 of these. I have been practicing yoga for 14 years, currently alone at home because of the pandemic (about 5 days a week for 45 minutes or so). I had been using a beach towel on my yoga mat and was having some slippage problems, so I checked out was available and chose this one.Fits mat well, pockets around each end fit over mat ends. Attractive colors (bought one blue, one green). Well made.The mat grips very well - I have had no problems with slippage. I am not wetting down the mat and am sweating moderately as I practice (no hot yoga at home).I put the mat in the dryer after practicing for only about 10 minutes and am washing lightly once per week or so, then just a few minutes in the dryer and air drying the remainder. I feel as though if I don't over wash and keep dryer time to a minimum I should get a good life out of the mat.I would buy again without hesitation. Happy customer.

I had never used a towel on my yoga mat before and I feel lucky that I picked a great one without really knowing what I needed. I have a lot of foot problems and I was very worried about slipping and about the towel getting all wrinkled up as I moved. This towel fit my mat perfectly (I have a Yoga Rat mat). The pockets and grip of the towel kept the towel in place with no shifting. Per the directions, I sprayed a small amount of water on the towel at the start of class and I had no problems with grip. I actually felt that the towel gripped better than my mat alone and my mat is pretty grippy. I liked that the towel added a bit of cushioning to my mat - nice for poses on knees. After using this towel one time, I decided I liked this towel so much that I immediately bought a second one. The towel came with a tiny spray bottle and a drawstring bag in the same material as the towel. I got the blue to start and my red one just arrived tonight. The colors were true to picture online. I have already laundered and air dried the blue towel and it washed up just fine. Can't wait for my next yoga class!

This is great for hot yoga, I just wish it was a little more heavy-weight like ones I’ve rented. It doesn’t slip too bad, but it could be a little heavier. Great value for the money though.

UPDATE: I bought a second towel in purple and have used it for a couple of weeks without any of the problems I had with the first one, even with my same old mat. Definitely five stars now.I bought my towel for hot yoga about six weeks ago and have used it 4-5 times a week since then. It stays in place perfectly and I don't slip when I use it, even before I've really started to sweat - I don't think I appreciated how non-slip it is until I tried another "non-slip" towel and injured my knee during the first class! It's really attractive; people stop me and ask about it all the time. It has been washed often in cold water and air-dried without losing its grip, although if it folds over so the sticky parts are touching, some of the sticky "pills up" when you pull it apart. It air dries quickly enough to use the next day with no dampness. I'd give the towel a 5++ if it weren't so grippy that once or twice I've pulled little bits of my mat away with it. You can see from the picture that the mat doesn't appear damaged, but I'd hesitate to use it on an expensive one. On the other hand, a higher quality mat might not come apart so easily. Other than that, you can see from the picture that my towel looks brand-new and hasn't faded. I'd have loved for it to shrink (please make it in a 68!!), but it's held its size and shape too. I'm ordering another one and considering a Heathyoga mat to see if the right fit and a higher quality mat fix the problems I'm having.

Have you just put my Pilates class a few times and I’ve also washed it a few times and it has stood the test of time as far as great quality bag though it’s not

As the whole bottom has grippy rubbery fabric it doesn’t bunch up. Absorbs moisture (I sweat BUCKETS) and it’s a tiny bit more padded so in poses with my knee on the mat it’s less stressed.The only thing is it’s longer than my yoga mat - which is fine who cares - so it might be an excellent excuse to shop.

Loving this hot yoga mat towel. Does great job of gripping and not slipping when damp. So far, washing well, and bravely putting them in dryer. Perfect.

Worked ok in the beginning then the nonskid got weak. It's also shrink up but it think that maybe because the housekeeper put it in the dryer.

Love this towel designed for Hot Yoga! My hands and feet do not slip, and it grips very well to my yoga mat. The size is also perfect, and I really like how the non-slip latex is woven into the underside of the towel. It is soft and comfortable to lay on, and transition through poses. I highly recommend this product! Very fast shipping too.

Dans mon cours de yoga les tapis sont fournis, mais bon... pas très hygiènique si tout le monde transpire et fait du yoga à pieds nus dessus. J'hésitais donc à m'acheter un tapis ou une serviette. Etant débutante, j'ai décidé d'investir sur une serviette, qui peut se laver facilement.Les serviettes ont une face complètement antidérapente et elles restent donc accrochées au tapis. Au tout début, à pieds nus, mes pieds glissent un peu, mais c'est parce que il faut humidifier la serviette avant de pratiquer le yoga. En effet, une fois humidifiée plus de problèms!En plus, la serviette est livrée avec un petit sac assorti, pratique pour le transport!Je recommande!

Aurais-je trouvé la serviette de Yoga de mes rêves? Légère, antidérapante, vert pâle ? Elle a vraiment tout pour me plaire pour l'instant.
