I put it in my vegetarian son's milk at breakfast and dinner, he drinks it all and doesn't complain! After a month, we decided to give it to my meat-eating son, and he drinks it every day too. It is a bit expensive, and since giving it to both sons, we use one gallon every two weeks. The best price is on desertcart, two gallons for $68 plus $6 shipping. I love desertcart for EVERYTHING! We've gone through several gallons, and one of the gallons had a white blob, but once I contacted the seller, it was resolved lightning fast, so I'll most definitely continue to purchase from this seller and through desertcart! The liquid egg white does not look appetizing, but it does not have an odor or taste, and is not slimy like unpasteurized egg whites, so it can really go in any drink; although my vegetarian son prefers it in his milk versus his orange juice. It is delivered frozen (in varying degrees, i.e. completely frozen to half frozen), but it thaws easy enough at room temperature or in the refrigerator, depending on how quickly you need to use it. We would love to have organic liquid egg white, but none to be found in the USA, and I'm sure it would cost more than an arm and a leg!

If you have a magic bullit or blender may I sugest 1cup eggwhites, 1 banana, 1 cup of pinaple or pinaple orange juice, and a few frozen straberrys. Yum!! That alone is filling. I have had gains in size and strength by using this product. Eggs are a superior source of protein. To me, whey protein never provided much of anything except an insulin spike as soon as I took it. It is a highly processed food that is of dubious value. I like this product and will continue to use it. The only negative aspect that I have encountered is the gas that it produces. It may be that is just my digestive system, but I let go with some horrendous rotten egg farts. I guess you could say that it is a really powerful product...
