Has anyone else experienced the rod past the ball stop being too long and catching on the far side of the drain keeping the rod from full range?
So, kerry-plp, "manufacturer", is the exact diameter 9/16 or 5/8 inch? since you've responded with both answers, what do the design drawings say?
What's the actual length from the top of the ball to the opposite end of the rod? The product info has two different lengths.
