No sure. But very happy with this sturdy well made hot house

Q: How can order a new plastic cover?

To my knowledge, a replacement cover is not available to purchase. You have to buy an entire new kit. You are better off to spend more money now and build a permanent structure otherwise you'll be needing to replace this about every 18 months. Based on my experience.

Q: Can you purchase just the cover material ?

Kit comes with parts list so would think you can order the cover. I have not done so.
