What can I say except these are Pilot Gel pans and I like them! I'm a calligrapher and I'm fussy about my pens. And yes, you can still do calligraphy with a narrow point pen. I purchased these because I prefer 0.5mm tips while my husband likes the .38mm tips. I get good control with the shape of the pen itself. I like the finer guard sleeve on the lower end and the curves of the shaft of the pen fits well enough so you don't get writer's cramp so easily. Do young people even know what writer's cramp is these days? They mostly use keyboards I think. Anyway. Pilot makes a good pen and if you want a gel pan, Pilot is your choice. I like them, they fit me perfectly, aren't too heavy and it's rare to have one skip.

Favorite pen. Was using the 07, but it does smear sometimes. Have not had that problem with the 05.

I buy these pens all the time. They are the only pens I like to use. They write very smoothly, have never leaked four me, and the ink lasts a very long time.

Very good product that holds up well. Better than the 0.7. It smears less, and is more of a fine point. Not the holy grailof pens but shows up consistently.

The Pilot G-2 is BY far the best pens you can get under 20 bucks a piece. the writing is very smooth and flowy the ink life is great! Super dark ink without bleeding through even thin paper. They have a great grip to them and they feel sturdy!
