This is one of my favorite purchases in a long time ! The surface is huuuge, so I can cook an entire meal on here simultaneously wirh four separate heat zones...it's hard to overcook or mess anything up on here, it's unbelievable!! The only disappointment is that I waited so long. It honestly would be nice to have a durable cover, but I've just been wheeling her into the garage and bought a diamond plated cover from another bender, which is satisfactory...it really is amazing though. I've never cooked breakfast on the grill before, or even wanted to !

Assembly: you might need a little help putting the bottom shelf on. Very tight fit. I did call customer service because I thought I might bend the legs out of whack. Service told me it was built that way and force the shelf in, which I did with some help. After that, it was a breeze.Getting the promotional sticker off the main cooking surface was a pain in the ass. They really need to use a lees adhesive on that sticker. I oiled the griddle and followed directions to season. It took about four burns, and scrapping to get all of the adhesive residue off.I have used this griddle about 3 times since buying and I love it. Burners have no problem getting lit. Being cast iron griddle heats even and cooks great.I would recommend this product!

The media could not be loaded. I have 2 griddles and this is my favorite. I looked at Blackstone, Camp chef, and the Members mark. To be honest Camp chef was my 1st pic till I saw this on sale for 219.00, that being said I'm in no way disappointed in my decision, it was my 2nd pick because of the placement of the grease pit slot. It's just the right size and the catch is not in the back or in the middle like blackstone and members mark, but I don't think you could go wrong with any of these. It's all about preference. I would definitely recommend this one for sure 👌.PS. I took off two legs from the griddle plate and added "by welding" two stand offs with 1/4-20 screw and welded on washer to the screw, to make adjustable leveling griddle plate feet. Worked out great and plan on doing the other two as well.Update: I moved it back outside. I still love this griddle. I've been using it now for 3 months and it's so nice. As you can see the lid I bought fits it snug and when it rains the cook top doesn't get wet. I'm glad I got the dough cutters from dollar tree there great heat shields.

We love it so much. We had to adjust one of the igniters. Wasn’t making contact with flame but just quickly fixed it and it’s perfect. Haven’t cooked inside in 2 months 😂😂

When I got this out of the box I noticed the spring on the ignitor was hanging out but did not pay much attention to it. Since it is the last part of the assembly in the manual I did not mess with it until the very end. The spring appears to be bent so I cannot properly insert the batter. I did it in once but it would not ignite and when I took the battery out it was very hot. I tried another way and it just kept clicking like it was trying to ignite. So I removed it, took a picture of the broken spring, and sent an email to customer service with the three above images and an explanation.I love the grill, it is sold, and easy to assemble but I have to give it a 1 star until customer service responds and gets me a new ignitor.I was really hoping to use this over the Memorial Day weekend!

This thing has changed our cooking game! We use it constantly! I have a big family of 5 kids and I'm able to make everyone's pancakes right away! Plus, I can make meat on the one side and scrambled eggs in another section. The 4 burners makes it really easy to have great temperature control! Highly recommend! I bought a stir fry like kit that helped a lot as well.

I’ve been looking to get a flat top grill for awhile, we finally got one and love it… however, I purchased this particular one on May 24th 2023, I originally wanted the one with the lid 8036 but seeing as that one was 400 plus dollars at the time I decided to purchase the Char griller 8936 and buy the corresponding lid for it separately on the Chargriller website…almost a month later and still waiting on the lid from Chargriller..with the only way to communicate is via an email from Chargriller stating if I don’t get my lid by June 21st to contact them again…no status updates on whether or not it’s been shipped…very frustrating
