ESV Journaling Bible (Cloth over Board, Flowers)

The fabric board is very beautiful and feels good to the tough. Pages age thin like bible pages. Overall nice sleek design. Would recommend. The letters are on the smaller side however the writing margin is a nice feature.

This beautiful Bible has been in my sights for a long time. It was recently offered for such a good price that I couldn’t resist and bought one for myself. After seeing how beautiful it was in person, I bought one for my daughter-in-law in a separate order.One thing I would say, is that the print is very fine and the footnotes smaller yet. This doesn’t bother me, but it may affect the buying decision of others.One other thing – – and this was the fault of the Amazon Packer I suppose, and not the manufacturer – – but the second copy I received was very scratched up on the front of the attractive cardboard cover. Since it was meant to be a gift for my daughter-in-law, I just traded that cover out with my own. It’s not like I will be looking at that cover every time I use this Bible, but one does prefer newly purchased goods arrive in as close to pristine condition as possible. The book itself was fine.So, it wasn’t the carrier’s fault or the merchant’s fault. It was Amazon’s fault, and I can hardly mark the book itself down because of someone else’s carelessness. This review is about the Bible itself. However, if you purchase this Bible, you may want to look out for that, and if enough people complain, maybe they will be more careful at the facility.

i absolutely love this beautiful bible. i purchased this on my birthday as a present for myself. my first ever bible.i have already written and highlighted a lot and i love the design of it all. the text is definitely on the smaller side but i have no personal issue with reading it. i LOVE this bible!! if you are thinking of getting it, please do!

This is such a great bible! Only things to look out for- the pages are fairly thin so highlighters and pen does bleed through. It’s smaller than it looks so great for on the go! And the words are pretty small print as well.

super cute bible 🤍 pages are pretty thin so writing and highlighting might be an issue depending on the ink but I would suggest inserting a cardstock paper behind the page you’re writing on so it doesn’t bleed through. I haven’t tried to write or highlight on it yet so I don’t know if bleeding is an issue but overall I really love this bible!

I got a great deal on this Bible and I love the journaling Bible style. ESV is a great translation, BTW. BUT, this Bible is smaller than most Bibles! Keep that in mind when getting a case. As you can see I got a case that was too big, which I ended up keeping because I like the extra space. But if you want a snug fit, don't get a regular size case. Otherwise I highly recommend this Bible. Also, a random side note: I like the texture of the hard cover because it's more like fabric, not like most leather Bibles.

Such a cute Bible with a lot of space to write

Perfect size!! The font is on the smaller side (but still plenty readable) which allows for a more compact Bible with writing space. I wanted a Bible I could easily carry around — not a huge Bible with a ton of pages. I love at the end how they give a paragraph summary of each book of the Bible. It comes with a nice hard slip-in case you could carry it around in. I did not keep it regrettably since I put Bible tabs on mine which overhang a little bit (not included). This Bible definitely exceeded expectations! Great value for price.No cons!!
