A Delicious Alternative to White flour pasta.
This product offers a delicious alternative to ordinary pasta. The consistency is really good as is the taste. It can be substituted for any pasta dish without disappointment. It is much more healthful. Also, it is sufficiently filling. More so than ordinary pasta.

Great lentil pasta with 25grams protein that's not considered pasta
I make shrimp with broccoli with ancient harvest lentil ziti pasta in olive oil . Add ingredients and saute on low heat covered . 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil , 3 cloves chopped garlic and 3 olives . Soon as it starts to simmer add half cup chopped broccoli , lil red pepper flakes to taste and simmer for two minutes . Then add like 4 jumbo shrimp and tablespoon of fresh lemon and cook til shrimp turn pink. That's it basically. Then add cup of ancient harvest lentil penne pasta (boiled for 5 minutes) on top. Mix to get oil all over pasta. Add little parsley and fresh grated parmesan cheese Very important to use olives cured in oil by pastene for best flavor. 10 minute plate. Thank me later.

Good tasting but sticky
The flavor is good for a plant based pasta, but you have to be very careful about how long you cook it. If you overdo it at all, it will become one mass that sticks to itself and will not separate. However, it is still a good alternative to traditional pasta.

All crushed
I ordered a case of 6. All individually boxes looked fine and packing box fine. All the pasta was completely crushed. No full pieces. Very disappointed. Can’t return due to being food.

Good taste. Not separate like noodles.
The taste was good, but the noodles are too sticky. They do not separate like noodles…just a blob. The taste is good.

The best gluten-free pasta!
My husband is allergic to pretty much everything that tastes good, so finding ingredients that he can eat AND don't taste weird can be tough. (On the can't-eat list: gluten, dairy, corn, nightshades and shellfish.) The red lentil rotini looks, feels and tastes *very* close to real pasta! Not to mention it has TONS of protein so I don't feel guilty when I have a pasta craving.Pro tip: The cooking instructions for the red lentil rotini say to cook for 8 minutes. If you do, you'll end up with mush! Set a timer for 5 1/2 minutes, then check the pasta for doneness.
