My husband bought me this hat for the Kentucky Derby party next weekend. It looks gorgeous online, but it comes by USPS and was crushed and folded in a plastic shipping bag. I was very disappointed since it looks like it could have been a beautiful hat, but not the quality displayed in the picture. Not sure if it can be stuffed to fix the crushed top of hat. Will try to fill with tissue paper for a few days and see if that helps. If not, will send back.Ok, two days later. Stuffed crown of the hat overnight and the hat is beautiful. All the wrinkles came out and this is a great buy.Don't b afraid to take a chance.

This hat was very nice. I gave 4 stars because of the way it arrived all bent up and mashed into my mailbox. However, I followed the instructions to use a hairdryer to reshape, and it all worked out well.

Love it!!! The hat arrived today and I love it. I purchased for a Kentucky Derby party in a few weeks. It fit good but I was able to used the draw string to make a little tighter. I don't have a big head. Love the color. .

I wore this hat to a DEB and received so many compliments! Sure it comes flat in a bag but once you take it out and fluff it out it will be fine!

Bought this hat to wear to the Kentucky Oaks Horse Race and it was perfect!! Received many compliments on the hat. Was well made and had the drawstring to tighten if needed. Took the hat out of the box as soon as received in case it needed fluffing etc. Looked at other sites, stores, etc and the price for this HAT was amazing as compared to 69.99 and up for what I thought was an ugly hat. I did a red feather to this hat to add a pop of color to coordinate my entire outfit.Will definitely look to Saferin for next year's hat - and don't worry, they offer free returns!!!LOVE IT!

Some hats are sporty, some sexy, some haute couture. This hat’s best attribute...? Cost effective. It’s a cute (very translucent) option for one-day use, like Halloween, or the Derby. Despite the lovely photos showing lots of billowy tulle and feathers, expect it to arrived in smashed (not smashing) condition. However, you can help it along. All the lovely fluff you see in the photos is based on loops that are sewn into the material. Tip: as soon as your hat arrives, start working the material. Start at one side and pull apart the sides of all the loops. If you’ve got a couple of days before you have to wear it, you can help restore the shape by fluffing it multiple times. It may not look quite like the photos, but you can get it close.

Cute. The material is more transparent that appears in the photo. It also has a string in the crown that allows you to make the fit tighter or looser. Delivered in a plastic bag so it was a bit crushed. Used a steamer to refresh it.

Since this was a hat I expected it to arrive in a box but it came in an envelope type package instead. The color is amazing (ordered blue) fits great, but I need to do some shaping of it since mine arrived very flat and not shaped well. It does have strings inside to help size smaller if needed.
