Was gifted this 20” box chain for Christmas to hold a small initial charm. This chain is very sparkly in the light and holds my small initial well. It is one of 3 chains I wear around my neck an 18” with charm, this 20” with initial and a 22” with a small heart. The white gold in the chain is very nice. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this to replace the first chain I bought from this company. I had ordered what I thought was a 20" inch chain. I never checked the length and wore it past the return date. It always felt a little long, but it seemed ok. After wearing it for a while, l decided I would prefer a shorter chain and ordered an 18". It arrived and felt much shorter than the 2" less than my 20". I ended up measuring the 2 chains and it turned out that the first chain, the one I thought was 20" was actually 22" A 20" inch chain would have been perfect and I returned the 18" I wasn't ready to try again so I'm living with the 22" chain. The quality of the chain is very good and I do like the look of the chain. I just wish I had gotten a 20" chain to start with.

I actually purchased this necklace to wear a charm that my son had gotten me years ago. I was completely surprised when I open the package and the chain was so thin. It’s OK for now until I pay off my Amazon card I will get a thicker one. The one that I just purchased is good for a little girl. I got a 20 inch and to me it doesn’t hang long enough it is actually thin so I have to educate myself on that knowing the thickness the milligrams or whatever I need to know to get the right thickness for myself and then I need to go a little longer 20 inches is not long enough for me but the box cut is perfect it is thin it is thin. Let me say it again it’s THIN. This is perfect for a little girl or boy

IT WAS A LITTLE TOO THIN AND LIGHT FOR THE PRICE. SEEMED LIKE A $20 PRODUCT NOT THE $80 I PAID FOR IT.

Purchase for wife’s birthday but the chain was not the size as advertised

Bought this as a chain for a cross for our 8 year old son's first communion. As soon as we took it out of the box it was clear we went too fine - he wants to wear it frequently and plays baseball, ice hockey, and is generally a rough-houser. We returned it and bought a more robust Figaro link chain.The quality and finish on this chain was very nice, and it wasn't super fragile. Just a bit high risk for a rough and tumble 8 year old boy.

I am disappointed in the thickness of the chain. I would like to return it for something heavier. I wore it once, with a 2mm ruby pendant, and kept feeling it to see if it was still there! ( it was fine). If you like very fine chains, it is beautiful, but not practical for me
