It is a true size and is very easy to put picture into and holds t tight so the picture does not slide around.Very reasonably priced.

Annoying to put backing on
Doesn’t work without matte unless you build up the back with cardboard. There is a little slot that the backing fits into that creates a large gap between the glass and backing allowing movement.

Kept sending the wrong size
Ordered two 9x9 frames - one came in just perfect, but they also send a 6x6 instead. No worries, it happens - returned it for a replacement - and then a second 6x6 was on my doorstep a day later.

Looks sharp!
I bought the 9" x 9" frame for a print that's approximately 7" x 7". I think this was one of the only frames with a mat for a 7" x 7" picture.The frame is pretty thick and the mats are layered with a gap in between the two mats. I imagine that it'd be difficult to use the frame without the mats due to the depth of the frame, you'd probably have to put a bunch of cardboard behind your photo.It's a solid frame, however, it's kind of expensive, but it seems like all frames are expensive nowadays.

Came slightly chipped, but nice frames
Supplier initially sent me 1 frame when I ordered 4, but I contacted Amazon and they corrected it immediately.Only issue with the frame is that the packaging could be a bit better since all 4 came with minor scratches or chips. Not noticeable from far though.Aside from that frames are pretty.

Perfect frame, well made
This was a well-made frame! Totally perfect for what I wanted! I found it very hard to find a square frame for a piece of artwork and this sets it off perfectly! Would def recommend.

Cheap, but does the trick
It’s cute and the right size and colour, but the one clip for holding the backing in place fell off when first touched - had to MacGyver it the frame with paper clips to hold closed. Not sure I’d recommend. If you need a cost effective option that you don’t mind having to rig yourself, then it’s good.
