Bradford Granddaughter Wish Angel
Package was recived in a styrofoam square that had dents & small peices missing from it. The angel had broked arm at shoulder. I sent a complaint to the Bradford Exchange and they replaced it by sending another packed in the same type of styrofoam but also packed in an outer box which held the styrofoam together from being damaged. The 2nd angel was received in perfect condition. Thank You.
