Fun Hidden Object Game
Love the hidden object games. Not only are they fun, but good way to exercise the brain which is important, especially as you get older. I've gotten several others addicted to these games for that purpose. Your eye looks for objects, but your memory of what you're looking for and then when returning to the same location later in the program, remembering where items are is not only fun, but good way to keep your brain active.Big Fish Games has many of these types of games. Prime Suspects is good, but my favorite is Madame Fate due to the background sound effects of the carnival and Madame Fate. The puzzle between each level is okay, but I really love the hidden objects part the most. FYI, I'm running Windows 7 and have had no problem with the games running even though it doesn't specify compatibility.

I do, I love this game
Now, I have to tell you, lots of my friends hate this game with a passion, but I love it. And I'm a lousy finder of hidden objects. This one doesn't make that easy, either. Lots of scenes are the typical "junk pile" kind, and objects are miniscule or the lighting is almost non-existent or both. I spent more time have to repeat scenes than I did advancing in the game. Maybe that's why I love it so much, it sure grew familiar. That's not to say I could find anything any better the second time, unless they were the ones you always spot at once.I like the mini puzzles, too.Overall, this is one of my favorites of casual games, but frankly I don't really know why.

I do not recommend
By the looks of the box it was used and the game did not work once downloaded. I sent it back to Amazon and I bought the same game on Steam for a lower price.

I can't remember when I've been so frustrated
I've played a few games in my time..I'm sixty seven, but until I came upon this game,I have never been this frustrated with a stupid game. Hunting in a little circle of light in a space crowded with about three or four hundred pieces of junk is the real meaning of frustration. Plus the time limitation and the number of places to look, and the number of items to look for = a hair pulling time. I like a challange, but not to the point where I want to throw my computer away, forever. I prefer to have a good time, a time where I can't wait to play again, this was not the game for it. I have gone back to 'Sleepy Hollow' and 'Ravenhearst' and finding that needle in a haystack (thats easy compared to this game). So,if you want to have an experience you can't wait to do again,...buy a different game.

FUN, BUT NOT VERY CHALLENGING
I purchased this game because I have "Return to Ravenhearst" and "Dire Grove". They are really great, with good story-lines, amazing graphics and difficult puzzles. After playing those games, I am a little disappointed with this one. It's pretty easy to find the hidden objects and solve the puzzles. It's fun, but not much of a challenge. I think it would be perfect for my grandchildren, ages 8 & 10.

Solving Mysteries
I am enjoying this game very much. It really takes concentration to play - overall I guess it is really good for your brain function to be able to play it.A couple of the screens are dark so it is hard to see what items you are looking for.I like it because it has a time limit on each screen. You can play 30 or 40 minutes and stop. Also like it because you can stop in the middle of the game and it saves it - come back to it again when you aren't tired.\\
