This is the third ear and forehead thermometer I have purchased. My last broke, the first replacement I bought was bulky and really inaccurate. Then, I got this one. It’s light weight, easily fits in ear canal, and reads fast with amazing accuracy. The ear and head measurements are off only by about 0.2 degrees, which is incredible. I’ve never used a thermometer that did that and read so quickly. Even the old one I had for a year or more was only ever accurate when I had a fever, but was off by a couple degrees between head and ear.I’m very pleased with this thermometer and would highly recommend it for all ages. :)

This has worked quite well for our family, but you have to make sure you follow exactly how close to the forehead to get. Otherwise you will get many different readings.

There are so many thermometer options out there it was hard to pick but I’m really pleased with this one. Really easy to use and simple read display. I love the option to have an in the ear read or forehead read. Both are pretty accurate although the ear always seems better which is why I wanted a thermometer with an in-ear option. I’m really happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Love this design -- I have several

This thermometer never worked from day 1. On the ear mode, my temperature always reads 94 degrees when taken with it. It also does not work scanning the forehead. I have tried different batteries and both functions. It is completely i inaccurate. My daughter had a high fever last week, and it read that her temperature was 97 degrees. After borrowing my mom's, it was actually 101 degrees. I would have returned it, but never really needed it until now, and the return date has passed. Save your money. It is JUNK!

I purchased this at the recommendation from my pediatrician. The particular one I had did not last over a year but the company was quick to follow up and refund me. Good customer service. It did do a good job to track temperature.
