No value for money
This book is an excess of bla, bla, bla, inspired in PNL and Positive Psychology. One cannot learn anything real about KM furthermore, however is to admire the effort of the author in writing so much about it, when in a few pages could have said everything

A game changer
Practicing consistently what is shown in this book can be a game changer in helping you understand how you respond under stress and then earn the confidence that comes from seeing yourself get better and better at it. The book is well laid out with sections on theoretical concepts, group drills and techniques for individual practice. The content is easy to understand with an emphasis on practical application in your regular training. So be aware that it isn’t a shortcut and if you don’t practice... it’s just words!

Great addition to your KM training
The one area that people don't talk about enough in self defence is the mindset. Not only how to physically overcome a threat but how to mentally train and prepare for such an event. This book will give you a clearer starting point of understanding of how to combat stress. Ole boe and Eyal yanilov share a wealth of experience thats hard to deny. A great tool and addition to your km learning.

Ramp Up Your Combat Mindset
This book is a great addition to my Krav Maga training! I got a lot of new ideas for our training but besides this I also got a better understanding how to perform in pressuring business situations. And yes it really builds up your combat mindset! Definitely a recommendation if you train Krav Maga too!!!

The mental aspect of training Krav Maga
An interesting insight into the mental aspect of training Krav Maga. Very few classes spend time on training the mindset of the defender thus it is very much down to each practitioners to self study, self educate and this book does provide a useful start point.
