When I first got invisilign my dentist said Iwould likely feel some pressure pain in the beginning. So I of course bought all the things to help ease that. You’re basically chewing down on mint flavored packing foam. It did help relieve the pressure the same way as biting down on a wash cloth would. I guess these are more convenient and better looking than chewing a towel-lol but you will likely not need these after a bit, even when your braces change or tighten.I do think these might be good for those trying to quit smoking or tend to clench their teeth. Chew on one of these for a bit. It might be enough to distract for the habit….

According to my wife, these work better than the bite mints that Smile Direct sells. They are more like a firm rubber than something you’d use once and throw away. If you aren’t afraid to reuse them after cleaning they can save you money. These help you seat your aligners.

The mint “flavor” is pretty subtle but more importantly they work excellently! Seems to be the best deal to get the 10 pack. I have enough to keep some in my go bag at home and in the car.

The spearmint smell is great, and they're very durable. I want to give them 5 stars but they're just way too short. They also get very slippery after they've been chewed on for a minute or so. Because they're so dense, they constantly pop out from between my teeth if I'm not holding onto it. Which is a little hard to do when I'm working on my molars. Just doubling the length, or adding a short handle to one end would be great.

Perfect. I love them. I love they aren’t too hard, so it doesn’t hurt when I am biting down for my aligners to fit better. Well worth every penny.

I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews. However, this one was something that did not showcase the description of what it should be.These chewies/aligners did not cut it out for me. I am about 4 months in my Invisalign journey and these are essential to ensure tracking with the trays. These chewies were a bit too soft for my liking. They didn't have a good firm to my bite and were very slippery. They didn't hold traction well and it was a hassle to keep adjusting back every so often. In addition, the "mint" is moreso of a smell and not a taste. It is a light smell and something that is not needed.I received aligners from my Invisalign provider and those are much more firm and do the trick. It was a letdown to use these ones and find such a difference. At $1/chewie I think these are very expensive for a silicone rubber. Of course, every experience is different and don't let my negative review be the deciding factor to purchase or not!
