Great product that produces lovely flavoured foods.Easy to use but instructions could be better.Lots of great flavoured woodchips come with it.BEWARE! The stand on mine had a very sharp edge resulting in a cut finger. Thus the loss of one star.

I work in hospitality as a chef and highly recommend this item.Its just the right size to make kitchen less cluttered.In my case I did not use the oil to heat the smoker, but just placed it straight on the stove and already smoked 4 sides of salmon - taking just 18 minutes on med. heat per 1 side. Hehe.Make sure you clean it after use, just as it gets cold - it may be fairly hard to do it once it sits for a full day.Also comes with great wood chips to try out and pick your favourite.

Good value for money, lots of extras and info on types of wood to use, just smoked a beautiful trout with applewood, tastes amazing 👍and so easy.
