Best Kaiser rolls ever
I bought this bag of flour as the one from Safeway didn't offer good results.This one contains percentage of gluten to make good bread.Really big bag that will last for a long time, heavy.Very good qualityI used to purchase a lot of things through the other big, e... website were you can find everything but after they told me that lost packages are not their responsibilities and may ..... myself, I used Amazon more often. If you run into problem, CS will solve them in no time.

I will update this review as I use the flour. To start off with, the delivery time said 1-1.5 weeks, but I received the well- packaged flour in 3 days via UPS. The flour is genuine and is completely bug free.

Wonderful quality bread flour
I purchased this due to an inability to obtain flour locally during COVID-19. I am so very glad that I did. The bag came well packed in an Amazon box with no rips in the flour bag. The flour has been amazing to work with. I have made loaves of bread, bagels, soft pretzels, and pizza. All the items have been delicious. The flour is wonderful to work with. I feel so lucky to have a quantity of this raw material with which to concoct delicious baked goods during quarantine. Will be a return customer.

GM's all trumps is great 50 lbs lasts me about 7-8 mo's. Makes great bagles, and NY style Pizza, French baguettes , Italian breads like Ciabatta, and Pane Pugliese.

Do not buy this bromated flour!
This product contains potassium bromate. Bromate has been banned in numerous countries, including the United Kingdom in 1990 and Canada in 1994. In addition, in 1991, California declared bromate a carcinogen under the state's Proposition 65.The primary concern regarding the use of bromate in baking is its demonstrated link to cancer in laboratory animals. It was first found to induce tumors in rats in 1982.The fact that this product contains bromate was not clearly stated in the product title and now I'm stuck with a 50 lb bag of this poisonous flour that I am not going to use.

Great bread flour
This is really great flour, we've made bread, pretzel rolls, and cinnamon rolls. They have all been great and tasted like good quality commercial products. I love the high gluten and protein, the crust is great!Pro tip: Had to reduce the amount of yeast to 1 tsp down from 2 1/4 in my bread machine since this rose so well and was touching the top with the full amount.

Flour arrived quickly.
Just an update.... all of my previous bags of flour came in a box. This is my 3rd bag and it came without being boxed. There was a tear in the bottom that has packing tape all over the bottom with flour still leaking out. Made me sad to receive it in this condition because I’ve raved about this flour especially that it’s always packed in a box to all my baker friends. I lowered it from 5 stars to 4 because of this.This has been the greatest bread flour and all the bread has tasted amazing!! Having just gotten into bread making this purchase has made my delve into bread making an easy one! I've now made about 20 loaves of bread. Most being sourdough, white and squaw bread. I've attached a picture of one of my sesame crusted white bread loaves, so delicious and so easy to make! It has a sourdough-esk flavor without the starter using instant yeast instead. I wish I had pictures of the other breads I've made. My friends and family are loving the fresh bread!! I would highly recommend this flour to anyone that is into not only baking, but especially bread making.

Excellent!
Excellent!...still have some of this bag left after 7 years....mainly use it for pizza dough. Also use it for other bread recipes....I portioned it out in several OXO containers. Keep the flour stored in the freezer.
