Description

Griselinia littoralis is a large dense upright evergreen shrub with lime coloured leaves. Excellent in costal locations but do not use in very cold exposed sites. Hardy. Grows well on most soil types best in full sun conditions. Fast growing and excellent for hedging. Suggested planting distance if planting for a hedge approx. 3 plants per metre in a single row (30cm or 1 foot apart). Plants can be planted up to 60cm or 2 foot apart but it will take longer for the hedge to establish.
