I did find the read out a little difficult to read due to light bouncing off and therefore suggest the manufacturer re-designs this for high visibility also the on switch is difficult to press on for some reason! Some of us during cooking get a little messy with the flour!

The screen isn't easy to read as there is no backlight. Even in a well lit kitchen I find the need to crouch down a bit to read the screen. There also seems to be some delay in the reading changing after adding to the bowl - like some sort of delayed reaction so a few times I have had to spoon out some of the ingredients added! OK for the money but I'd look to replace these soon I think.

On the face of it this looks like a great product. I liked the idea you could switch between different units. In reality this display units are small and very hard to read. This is further made more difficult as there is no illumination from behind the screen. I would really not call this professional standard.I would really not recommend this product.

Old scales gave up the ghost so I chose these and I'm glad I did. These scales are sturdy, well built and as a bonus look good too. Happy with the accuracy , they are very easy to use and the bowl is an ideal shape - even for my long runner beans! So, very satisfied so far - let's see how long they last.

I bought these scales on 30th June, was unable to use them ( due to health reasons ) until last week and unfortunately I cant get them to work. They will not show the weight. As the return window passed 3rdAug I cannot return them to you, but they have a 10 year guarantee. Can you give me the correct address for return.Thora Fettes

The measurements of weight were significantly incorrect. We tested the scale using a 500g bag of sugar. The scale returned a weight of 608g. We repeated the test with other items of known weight. The scale was consistently wrong.

Looks nice but it’s very slow and the digits are hard to read. Also didn’t come with batteries even though the instructions seem to indicate that it should.
