Kichler 43848WHLED30T Horizon 6.5" LED 3000K Downlight in White

I purchased 9 lights in 2019 one went out Feb 2023. Ordered the same exact model number and it had some slight differences but generally fits and looks the same once assembled and lit.

We have these in the basement utility room, the laundry room, the kitchen pantry and now the walk in closet. Gives great clear light and looks great!

Much brighter than the original Gen I 2700K downlight, and with significantly fewer LEDs.I would like to see a better seal ring included and possibly a moisture proof removable dome.

This is the new model with T at the end. It is similar to the old model we had at our house. Light intensity and color is the same.

Works as advertised . Very cheap materials - plastic cover . Doesn’t look sleek as other Kichler led module lights

I bought it to replace one of unable turn on light at the same model at March 12, 2022, but yesterday it cannot turn again. Just works for 6 months.

My new house has dozens of these already installed, and most of them have worked without problems, giving a bright, warm, attractive light in large rooms.But I have had two that have failed by going permanently "dim," not working at full brightness. But out of the large number installed, this is probably not a critical issue. The homebuilder has given me new ones to replace them.It might be an issue if you're installing in hard-to-access locations. So far, the two I've replaced were pretty easy to get at.
