First, the product arrived in 3 separate packages over 2 days, so that wasn't a good start!It's much lower than I thought, you are seated at a low level when using the item.The main problem though, is that it's the worst item to assemble that I've ever received. There are over 80 bolts to assemble the thing. A lot of bolts are not properly accessible using the required allen key. I had to tighten a lot of bolts by turning the allen key 1/8th of a turn at a time. I'm an engineer - it took me over 5 hours to assemble! It's much worse than Ikea type assembly!

Arrived in two separate deliveries but within days of each other. Fairly straightforward to assemble with a little patience and know how. The glass for the coffee table was shattered upon delivery ( not Tectakes fault as it was well packaged) and they quickly offered a replacement and/or cash adjustment for a replacement. Found them easy to deal with and very helpful. Would use again. Good quality and comfortable suited our needs perfectly.

The furniture itself is ok once assembled, but you will need to use the cushions all the time to prevent the plastic "rattan" from stretching. Comfy to sit on, time will tell how durable it is.When assembling be sure to start every screw by a couple of threads to prevent any cross threading of the fixingsThe only fly in the ointment was, again, the couriers. Dumped in a neighbour's garden but with no note through my door, initially only two of the three boxes were delivered, again with no timeframe for delivery of the final box. They could have easily dumped it in my garden, but no, and as I've already mentioned no note to say "left 3 doors up"

Wasn't hard to assemble, only time consuming. Very comfortable and very attractive once 'jazzed up' with colourful side cushions. Had an issue, contacted TecTake and satisfied with solution. Very helpful customer service department. Large storage box holds all the cushions supplied and watertight.

The product was delivered on three separate dates instead of all together. None of the parts were numbered to identify which was which so it took a lot longer to assemble

What an absolute rip off charging £600+ for this £150 would be ok, rubbish quilty, doesn't fit well when assembling,very very disappointed wished we'd not bothered,I wanted to send it back but my husband couldn't be bothered, lesson learnt don't buy expensive items from here.

this sits on my balcony abd it's just lovely

Fairly easy to assemble, took me about 2 hours. Better to use a screwdriver with an Allen key bit rather than the Allen key supplied. Just make sure you use the right length screws as there are three different sizes. A good sturdy and comfortable product.
