Ordered this recently for my parents. Four of us adults in the home have used it after the purchase and it is working great so far for a week! The setup is super easy and the massager just works out of the box. It has modes like Lower/Upper/Full back, and vibration speeds and a toggle for heat or not. The massage seems just the right intensity and not too soft and not too hard.Overall, the product is reasonably priced, functions very well, and I would recommend to anyone who would like to give a bit more comfort to their backs at an affordable price.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my fiance last year because he has a lot of back pain and is a manual laborer. He doesn't have heated seats in his car (which he really liked for pain relief) so this was for use during his lunch breaks or at home. The massager fit his computer chair nicely but he's is 6ft 2in so this extra padding on his car seat made things a little uncomfortable. He really loves how the massager moves up and down his back and really works his back muscles. I've used this as well and found it to be quite good at relieving my lower back pain and tension in my shoulders. It really feels like you're getting a massage! Its also very easy to set up and use.We would highly recommend this product!

I got this as it was cheaper than a new office chair, and who doesn't want a nice rolling massage with heat, and that part is amazing ! I love sitting in long useless meetings and just letting it massage my back and warm me up, its delightful.The seat/thigh massage vibrator things are terrible, you can barely feel them when they're on, and when they are off it hurts when sitting on them. I took it out and replaced the seat cushion with better foam.

We both work at lot using computers and we were getting regular massages to relieve back pain. After COVID, we were looking for alternative options to do it from home. We considered getting the expensive massage chair, but didn't want to spend that much.We came across this product and thought we would give it a try. We received this in a big box to our surprise, but it was well packaged and the item arrived in safe condition.We have this set on top of a dining chair. We have leave it permanently, since It doesn't take too much space. It is easy to operate and we mainly use it for the full back massage for 15 min and we have found good relief. It doesn't generate too much heat, but it is enough for our needs. We really liked the pressure and the coverage provided by this massager. Since we like it and we have ordered two more as gift to our friends and they really appreciated it also.

I'm only 5'5 and this has NO neck massage, and it focuses mainly on my shoulder blades. When I select "lower back" it really focuses on my mid back. Not a good value for the cost. It can be a little heavy but not bad. No noise. The heat is so-so. The massage is nice when it's not only working my shoulder blades and I wish it actually went down to my lower back.

I ordered 2 of these items (SL-296). One for my wife and one as a gift for my son in the same order. Shipping was prompt as it arrived a day early. I was skeptical about the power of the massage unit as I like a deep massage but I was pleasantly surprised. My wife loves it for relief of her back aches, portability and ease of use.My son has scoliosis and sits in an office chair most of the day. I'm waiting to hear a longer term review from him but his initial response out of the box was that he too was pleasantly surprised.I was impressed with Snailax's customer service response to a question I had about the warranty. I tried to contact Snailax by phone but left no message. Soon after, I received a return call from Kelly Q. who was very responsive and happy to help. I'm impressed and happy with my overall experience, the quality of the product and knowing Snailax provides a 2 yr. warranty.

My wife gave me this as a gift and I love it. The controls are easy to use. It has a default timer setting of 15 minutes that can be reduced to 10 or 5. The controls also have an optional vibration and in the seat cushion and an optional heating pad. The massage works well with good pressure. I am 5'5 and the range will go from my tailbone to shoulder blades.I tried it on various chairs and found it works well everywhere except a plushy couch. I usually use it on my office chair (see photo) but have also used it on patio furniture and at our kitchen table. There's an elastic strap with velcro that can be used to strap it to the chair to prevent it from moving around.This is a very good and affordable little device. I use it a few times a day while I'm working, gaming, or just needing to relax for a few minutes. I highly recommend this product.

OMG!!!!! UNBELEIVABLE!!! I just used it, I am recovering....(Take a few minutes after use to gather your thoughts and body) It can be a little rough depending on how you use it! Just adapt to the settings and figure it out! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE... WOULD BUY AGAIN, AGAIN and AGAIN! ... WOW!!!
