The media could not be loaded.  First off shipping took forever and a day which was really no big deal but just be prepared for a wait. As for the necklace itself, it is pretty at first but will tarnish and start to look coppery even if you don’t shower with it on or sleep with it on. Also chain is poorly made and breaks easily. If you’re looking for something CUTE but TEMPORARY then go for it. If you’re looking for something that looks realistic this is not it, save your time. It looks coppery and just doesn’t fit the style or aesthetic you’re probably hoping for. Overall for the price, you get what you pay for.

Came very fast and was beautiful! Couldn’t be happier with the product! My friend speaks Arabic fluently and I put her name into google translate and copy and pasted LOL I was worried it wouldn’t be right but it was perfectly exact!! She loved her gift!

I initially wrote a review and gave this product one star but when I came in here to look for my review to update it, I couldn’t find it. This is a little worrying as there shouldn’t be any censoring of negative reviews. However I am now giving the product four stars as the problem was with the courier who registered the product as being delivered when it wasn’t. My only issue with the seller was the slowness in their response to me. Also it should be on them to chase up the courier rather than on us. My friend, however, was very happy with her gift, it is well-made and she really is enjoying it.

Let me start by saying: The photo does absolutely no justice to this beautiful necklace. I will try to remember to come back and upload additional photos, showing more detail.Now, for my raving review...I initially ordered this necklace back around the end of November or early December, as a Christmas present for my 15 year old daughter. Somewhere along the lines USPS "lost" the package. Pretty sure it was actually stolen from within. But that's a whole other long story. I was so upset with them— they offered no help in locating or replacing the item. After enough back and forth discussions with USPS and several of their confused managers (who couldn't make sense of the tracking scans nor the tale the seasonal helper offered), I contacted the company directly and explained the situation. They were so wonderful to offer a replacement, to which they swiftly and quickly had another one made and shipped. From there, it only took a very brief while to receive it (perhaps a week?).My husband and I were so excited, too excited to possibly wait for her late February birthday, that we gave it to her as a belated present today. She was so ecstatic that it about brought her to tears! She loves it so much! It's beautiful, sturdy, and well made. It doesn't appear to be a material that will tarnish, change colors or stain her skin. In addition, the price places the value on this far beyond my expectations! I place craftsmanship AND customer service as the* most* important* factors when making a purchase. Should I need another custom necklace like this again... I will, without a doubt, return to them!THANK YOU!!!
