I would recommend this bed as long as it's in the $25 and under price point. It's very basic, but that's great for a bed that is likely to get trashed as most dog beds do until dogs get into their senior years. I have two Basenjis just under a year old and this is a perfect size for them to share. I'm using it in an enclosed patio.The first thing they did was urinate on it so it went into the washer on the first day. It's really easy to clean, size is a bit of an issue though because it takes a good sized washer and dryer to handle it. It takes a while to dry because it's basically a giant pillow with a robust shell. I think it will hold up well against a decent amount of digging, but not so much against chewing. That's ok, because when the price is right it's a fair value to have a comfy bed while it lasts. I would buy again, and probably will if/when they destroy this one.

I’m doing another update on this bed, it’s nearly been a year later and this bed is still with us. It is used every day and washed every couple of weeks, sometimes more often. It is still hole free and tear free. I saw where others complained on the quality of this pet bed, but I haven’t had a issue. We have had this bed for about a year and a half, maybe closer to two years and it’s still in really good condition.An update on this bed: I bought this bed a really long time ago, well it seems like it anyway. Today's date is September 25,2017. This bed gets used constantly! I have washed it at least 2 dozen times and it's still held together. It has not ripped or torn, worn holes or anything. I even dry it in the dryer. For such a inexpensive bed we have gotten tons of use. The dogs and even the cat still like this bed, just as much as they did the day it arrived on our front porch.(Original review) I bought this bed for my senior boxer to use while we are in the living room. He has a very large custom made bed that sits in front of a large bay window. He doesn't like it because he feels excluded when we gather and watch tv on Sunday nights. To fix that I bought this bed. When it arrived he was in heaven, he immediately laid down and fell into a deep sleep. The other boxer became jealous because he wouldn't share with her. So it looks like I will be buying another one. The funny thing is even the cat has tried to claim ownership of this bed. Let's talk quality now: This bed seems to be filled with a everyday batting, sort of feels like a very plush stuffed animal. The fabric feels like it may be a thin canvas, I'm not sure. When it gets dirty I will wash it up. If it needs replaced, I will replace it with another. It's a great bed for a low price.

dog bed comes nice and poofy, especially whenever you run it in the dryer to fluff the cotton. HOWEVER. it loses its fluff so quickly. It’s lacking filling and there’s no zipper or place to add filling to it. I thought about cutting it and resewing it myself after i added more filling. For the price, i really shouldn’t have to add more myself, you would think it would come fuller. My dogs do like it and it fits the color i wanted but as far as maintaining its fluff, no.

I bought this particular bed for my dog because he needed his own pillow. He needs his own pillow because he needs to make biscuits every night, and the regular dog beds don't work. I needed him to stop stealing everyone's pillow. Teddy loves his new bed. As soon as we got it, he immediately laid down on it. It was very fluffy and bunched up from delivery, but it has flattened out evenly. Teddy is a large Standard Poodle and he can lay his whole body on the bed. And as you can see from the drool in the pictures, it's perfect for him to make his biscuits.Great quality for the price, I highly recommend!

This bed is very poorly made with horrible stitching and cheap fill. I kept finding small, pink, extremely irritating “dust” everywhere after purchasing these beds and the first time I washed them I found out it was FIBER GLASS in the bed. It coated my washer and dryer and left a film of itchy fiberglass everywhere. I feel bad my poor dogs have been laying on them for a month. I have purchased MANY beds from this brand before and can confidently say this is the last time.

It was super fluffy when it arrived but has calmed down a bit now. My dog AND cats love it!! I got red to go with my Christmas decor and am considering getting the khaki for everyday use. Very happy with my purchase. (As you can see they look so darn comfy laying on this bed!! After a recent medial procedure I brought my groggy dog home, laid her in that bed with a blankie and she was all comfy during her recovery all day long).
