Trappist Jelly Red Currant, 12 oz

I used to purchase Trappist red currant jelly in supermarkets, but this flavor is no longer available. Glad to find it here. I use it for making Cumberland Sauce and add it in other recipes for a nice sweet and tart flavor.

Currant jams and jellies are pretty much non-existent in grocery stores, so I ordered some online. Very satisfied...it's already gone.

I am very pleased with the taste and color of this jelly! IF ONLY it were sold in grocery stores. I can imagine more kids would ask for it like they do grape flavor if they tried PB & Currant Jelly instead of Grape.

One jar came broken

This current jelly is great! It's not only good on toast in the morning, but its great in a sandwich, on a biscuit, and between the layers of a cake. I used it instead of booze in my fruitcake. We ran out of that fruitcake at the church Christmas bake sale. Definitely, putting it in the fruitcake again! If you like currant jelly or any flavor of jelly give these gentlemen a try.

We used it in a recipe and it's also very good on toast!
