Got this for my 13 year old who differs from anxiety and had major problems falling asleep and staying asleep. I started off with her taking 2 of these about 15 minutes before bed and after about a week i noticed she woke up much less than usual at night. After week 2 she was sleeping more soundly and she wouldn't wake up during the night unless to go to the bathroom. Now she only takes one before bed and she's all good. She doesn't wake up drowsy either like she used to with the prescription sleep aids so I would highly recommend this.

Melatonin is better
Not even close to comparing to the melatonin by YUMI. Double the price and didn’t help at all
