I used to have something similar to this a few years ago and for some reason I gifted it to my sister. After kicking myself for doing that I went on amazon and bought the first bands I saw without reading reviews. Very happy I did! These are better and stronger. I love that I can create a sorta TRX feel right from my living room for MUCH cheaper. Especially since gyms are still closed!! Haven’t tried the set up for glutes yet but can’t wait til I do!! PS. My arms are killing me right now! No pain no gain!

A good set of bands, can be used individually for a lighter workout or combined for heavy resistance. Bands are slightly shorter than I'm used to finding, but that could be good for some people. My biggest complaint is with the carabiners used to attach the bands to the handles: they're a bit small and thin for the amount of stress that they get put under with these bands. So these bands are definitely effective, but they need something stronger than the provided carabiners to attach the bands to the handles.

I have ordered these bands and got it delivered the very next day. 5 stars for the delivery.I have torn my ACL and I used to go to Physical Therapy center. Since COVID, I am not able to go to the Physical Therapy center so I ordered these bands to strengthen my knee. It comes with a bag so it is easy to carry around wherever you go.These bands turned out to be very useful. I started off with lower resistance and I increased my strength gradually by using different bands and different exercises. It comes with a manual to guide you for different types of exercises we can do. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the purchase. I definitely recommend these bands. 5 stars for sure.

I used this product only twice, and on the second use 3 of the bands snapped, and believe me, they hurt when they hit you. I connected the two strongest bands and used the door wedge feature to simulate a vertical bench press. The band closest to the strap wedge by the door snapped after about 20 reps. I thought it might be a fluke so I connected the next 2 strongest bands so that I had 3 bands when doing the vertical bench press. A few reps later, another band snapped in two. I wanted to finish my work out so I kept going and a few reps later another band snapped. At that point I gave up. The bands appear to be a very cheap rubber that wears through if it is in contact with the door wedge strap that you are supposed to use. Maybe if you don't stretch them very hard they might work for you, but if yo put any decent strain on them they snap!

With the shut down of gyms I was looking for something that was better than the normal bands used in rehab therapy. These are not it. The bands work better & are much easier to use. These resistance bands are much more difficult to work with, take more time from working out to set them up for the next exercise. I used them twice & went back to the other bands because I can change exercises much easier & quicker.

First, great price. Second great company. I ordered 2 by mistake. Instead of having to send it back, they just turned the money. I haven’t been able to fully use everything, yet, so I can’t speak to durability. Having been through enough PT, I will say this measures up to what I’ve used in therapy, so far. I recommend this product.

So far, so good! If these are upgraded carabiners, I'd hate to see the cheap ones. The instructions are for a different set and some of the exercise drawings could use some work, however, everything works fine, but only time will tell how long they will last. I cannot complain too much for the price though.

I wanted to love these bands because it was such a great deal, but 2 of the Carabiners were broken upon arrival. They do not feel like high quality carabiners. I am returning.
