I have a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500. My rear seat rattled randomly over bumps in the road. These plastic clips did the trick. Easy to install.

Fixed my seat rattle
2013 Sierra. I did these clip inserts by myself BUT I strongly suggest you get a buddy to help you though. You have to lift the whole back seat up, slide all 3 clips/hooks in place while also lining up the bolt holes on the seat base. I had all three seat hooks clipped in the right way but had some alignment issues on the bottom so I used a small prybar to lift the seat up and get it to slide into place so I could put the nuts back on the seat base. All you’re going to need is a deep 18 mm socket and a 3/8 ratchet
