Designed for regular use in wet weather, the Latok Alpine GTX Gaiters work well with lower volume mountain boots. Made from robust yet breathable 70D GORE-TEX® fabric, they have a reinforced Robic® ankle to maximise durability and minimise snagging when wearing crampons. The zipless front closure, lace hook and abrasion-resistant underboot strap secure the gaiters in place and allow them to be easily put on over boots. The streamlined internal strap adjustment and drawcord are simple to adjust and can be altered with one-hand when wearing gloves. Quite Short but well made

I like the overall size (circumference) of these gaiters as they fit my legs well for width - but find them rather short so do not come above my calf. So when tightened to make them fit and grip better they fall down slightly. Wasn't very keen on having to hook them over my boot laces before fitting them in place (as the hook is reversed from what I'm used to in that it points up the way) but have not got used to that wee quirk and actually quite like it!
