Motor works very well!
The only issue I have is with the general size. **THIS WAS MY FAULT!!** The motor is too big for where it goes. I checked everything except the physical measurements. So this is on me! And I will figure out how to make it work!

Perfect replacement for a Portacool PAC510 Louver Motor
Bought this as a replacement for my PAC510 when the louver motor died. The original one is 4-5 RPM but I didn't like how slow it was, so this was kind of an "upgrade." Bolted on perfectly, and now the louvers are back running!

This type motor gets extremely hot.
I had to do a bit of time consuming research before I saw an answer to a customer question that said the motors do run very hot if in continuous use. I wish I would have known that before buying a second one thinking the first one was faulty. I'm sure this type motor is great for many applications but they get extremely hot if you have them run for hours non stop.

Stopped working after a FIVE DAYS!
I installed this in a countertop ice maker. It worked fine for five days and then completely stopped rotating. Back to the drawing board.

Slight modifications needed to fit my icemaker
Bought this for my Frigidaire countertop ice maker. The shaft needed to be cut down in length and I needed to shave down the plastic frame that it sits behind in order to fit it in. But otherwise it's installed and working. Now to see how long it lasts.

Excellent
Smooth running motor. This is a DIY hobby motor. I used it to replace the motor in my laminator, the drive stem was a bit too long but could be cut down. The connection leads were bare, used approved connectors since it is a 120VAC drive. Installed, it works great.

Put in it to fix ice maker. Piece was a little bug but we shaved it to fit and it works great

Siezed Motor
The motor was siezed and would not work. Waste of my money.
