Campagnolo redesigned the upper pulley, which now has taller teeth than the previous design, and Campy claims this improves chain engagement for smoother shifts.Installation was easy, but check pulley clearance in the lowest gear (largest rear cog and inner chainring), because the taller upper pulley teeth will be a few millimeters closer to the largest sprocket.Campy recommends 7mm clearance between the teeth of the jockey wheel and the cassette sprocket. (That’s the width of a #2 pencil eraser). The derailleur tension spring can be adjusted to increase clearance. On my 2014 Chorus derailleur the adjustment screw is located just below the top jockey wheel, facing the front of the bike. Don’t mess with the derailleur H and L travel limit screws, those shouldn’t need any adjustment.These pulleys will fit every Campagnolo 11 speed rear derailleur. Both pulleys use stainless/bronze bushings, same as the previous design. I lightly greased the steel bearing before inserting into the bronze bushing. The much more expensive Super Record version has a lower jockey wheel with a sealed cartridge bearing, which is a nice upgrade, but not worth the extra $50 Campagnolo charges.
