this the best carpet spot remover i have ever used, we have 2 cats that sometimes eat too fast or eat too much and it makes them sick on the area rugs, this works amazingly even on really dark cat food stains have also used it on dirt stainsyou spray it on and i use the brush the one time i ordered it with a brush and stains just vanish, i blot area with paper towels until paper towels are clean and no more stain on carpet don't know what the difference is between this one and professional, i just ordered the professional one and will try that next time

I have a light tan headliner, which means every little mark stands out like a sore thumb. As a mechanic, dirt and grease seem to find their way into everything—including the headliner. I had 50–60 marks up there, ranging from penny-sized smudges to streaks 2–3 inches long. There were even fingerprint stains and a sun visor covered in grime. On top of that, I’ve got a 9-month-old who somehow manages to contribute to the mess up there too.I used this upholstery cleaner along with some detailing brushes and microfiber rags. It worked great. Some spots came clean with just one pass, while tougher ones took 2–3. A quick tip: don’t overdo it—headliners are delicate. Too much scrubbing or moisture can break down the adhesive that holds the fabric in place.I recommend spraying the cleaner onto the brush—not directly on the headliner. Then gently scrub with light to medium pressure, using circular motions and changing directions. Pat dry with a microfiber towel and let it air dry. A few spots left faint rings or outlines after drying, but a light second scrub took care of that.All in all, I spent about an hour cleaning every little mark, and now the headliner looks brand new. As a factory-trained technician with over a decade of experience in the automotive field (including trade school), I can confidently say this product works—just be gentle and take your time. This stuff is great! I was actually going to buy a really expensive product but I saw this and it was so inexpensive, and had such great reviews that I just decided to try it. It easily removes all stains. I discovered that my dog had thrown up under the dining room table. It was all dried up and had obviously been there for a long time and the stain on the light pink carpet was super dark. This stuff removed the stain entirely! It's been several weeks and no sign of it coming back. I'll definitely be buying this product forever!

Have been using this product for about 2 years. Was looking for something kid and pet safe that also works. This spray does both. Doesn’t have a harsh smell. I use it on my rugs and on my couches, with a toddler and a dog I get plenty of stains. Sprayer works great never had a bottle break or leak. Happy with this spray

I used this on some Terro Liquid Ant Bait that had spilled on my tile floors and I had tried every cleaning product and a steam mop and nothing worked until today when I sprayed some Folex on it and let it sit for 20 minutes... I scrubed with a paper towel and was amazed it actually started coming off and also used a butter knife to speed up the process.... Also worked on some old grease stains on my kitchen floor as well as stains on my cupboards

Folex is incredible! I don't know what's in this product, but it says it's non toxic and safe around kids and pets. Yet is works AMAZING!!! I use this on carpets, rugs, clothes, and any fabric really where I get tough stains. I have seen it clear blood, wine...it's pretty amazing. I love Folex and use it all the time. I have heard it can damage some clothing so I have to be careful as it might fade the color, but I haven't had any huge issues or problems with that. It's a really great product and such a good value!

I still can't believe it mostly removed black shoe polish from beige carpet. A lot of shoe polish!! There is still a bit of a shadow but most is gone. I had to apply, rub (and not very hard, the product does most the work) and dry 3 times but it was not trouble. Think about having to have the carpet replaced! And it wasn't a spot where a rug would work. I highly recommend this product!

I have 3 cats and light beige carpeting in every room. Not a good combination. This stuff works flawlessly to remove vomit stains of all color. I first clean the bulk of it with paper towels and then blot as much of the wetness as possible. Then I liberally spray the area and massage it in with my fingers. Then I blot it again with paper towels. Works like a charm. The only problem is that the price has literally quadrupled since February, 2025. Shop around. Other places have it for less.
