Good sound some qc issues like others have said
Got these after getting a new phone with no headphone jack. Didn't want to spend 200 dollars on ear buds but wanted something decent. First, I ordered these after reading the review about the guy being a producer and audiophile. He said they were awesome and chi-fi quality. Now my background in audio experience. I used to have a car stereo system with four amps, three batteries, high output alternator, four high quality 6×9's and two 12in subs, later two 15in subs. Also have a home surround sound setup with a yamaha receiver and klipsch speakers and pioneer sub. My car setup cost more than my new car I bought for 13k. Soumd dampening all around 600 watts rms to the 6×9's and 3000rms to each sub, tuned with a small dd-1 (distortion detector). It was what I judge all sound off of, after awhile it got to be too much and I didn't even have it turned up that much. Each sub was pushing and 1500rms so about half way.Now on to these earbuds. First pair I got had a crackling buzzing sound in left ear, but only really noticeable at low volumes. Got a replacement and they sound perfect. They are clear, pair fast and easy. Case is solid feeling and has led display to let you know how much battery is in the case and earbuds. Next performance. For 32 bucks they sound really good. They have a full sound and balanced sound. The bass is not up to my standards but I'm used to hearing 18 to 20 hz where you can barely hear it but sounds like when you have a window down on the highway and you get the pressure waves in your car. Having said that the bass is not bad, mids are good and highs are good too. Overall for around 30 bucks you can't go wrong. Plus, the mic sounds good when talking to people. My wife kinda knows a little about sound quality from hearing my setups and she says I sound clear and loud. So if you are in the market for wireless earbuds and don't want to spend 200 plus dollars on name brand I would definitely pick these up. They get loud enough to where I can't listen to them turned up all the way and they don't cut out or distort, which is huge. I hate distortion and can't listen to music on anything that isn't up to my standards, which are very high. Finally, if you get a pair and they have the buzzing sound order a replacement. They will ship one to you and you can return them once the new pair arrives. You have 90 days. I just took the bad pair to kohl's and bam wasn't without earbuds. The bass could be a little better, but you can't really expect super low frequency response from such a small driver. For the price and what you get they are very good.

Caution!
I have used these for 5 months now. When they work, they are great. Great sound and noise cancellation. I usually used one at a time to extend usage time. With continued use one could last about 2.5 hours. The case will stay charged about 5 days. ****However, they works when they want. It does not have an on/off or reset switch. If I allow the ear buds and case lose complete charge and then recharge, it usually would start working again. But now that will not work, so purchase with caution. ****

Good design but poor execution
This product seems to be a very poor attempt at premium features... The touch controls keep giving false clicks, meaning the music stops at random times. Get them a little bit wet and despite the water resistance rating the false clicks go on constantly. This is also incredibly irritating, by the way, because every time it registered a click for any function, it emits a loud beep in your ears. Trying to turn the volume down? The beep is just as loud every time you click.Sound quality is decent, but the low end is lacking desperately, and I'm not one who is really looking for a ton of bass.Design-wise, I like the look and feel of the product, and the charging case is very nice as it can even be used to charge your phone or tablet. It charges via a USB C port on one side and the other side has a regular USB port for you to charge other devices with. All told, I can't really recommend this product, but I wanted to love it - the design really appeals to me. Probably the best use for these is just for someone to use for casual calling and maybe listening to podcasts while going about your day - the case will be able to keep your phone charged and happy too! Not recommended for sports or wet environments, or especially for anyone who likes their music to thump or even sound reasonably full on the low end.

Suprisingly good
I was very surprised by these. My last pair of earbuds cost $170 and fell apart after 3 years. I then bought these after reading the reviews, which helped. The sound is fine, they are noise cancelling, but not to cut everything out, but enough. The battery is surprisingly long-lasting. You just have to get used to the touch part which is pretty sensitive, although occasionally not sensitive at all. The "not sensitive" has only happened about twice in the last 2 months that I've been using them. Overall I'd say these were a steal for their quality and price! Update four months later: the on pause touch mechanism died in both buds. They work but only by way of the iPod.

Great product, but not for a human
Where to start. First, couldn't get the case open. Totally smooth surface. Without long fingernails almost impossible to open. I'm placing sticky tape on the case. Then can't get the earbuds out if the case, same reason, completely smooth plastic. I'm placing tape in the earbuds. Never had to reengineer a product out of the box before. And as you try to handle them they keep changing state. On, off, volume up, down. They easily fall out of ears. I'll try the other fittings, but will they fit in the charger with them? And the tapping, double tapping. Can't tell if it worked because the lag before it beeps is so long I've already tried again. Now I've toggled back.I suspect this will be better with time and practice, but if I'd paid anymore than I did, I'd send them back. And the instructions were clearly not written by a professional writer, at least not one who spoke English.Beware that really long review by the sound engineer. I'm guessing he's selling that software package.
